Interim Management allows you to optimize success even during internal change and transformation. Designed to achieve better planning and greater success, Interim Management offers a seamless approach to growth and development. Additionally, the assessment identifies actions that need to be taken once a permanent hire is made. During the Interim Management period, Kenyon HomeCare Consulting supports the efforts to find a permanent hire that will mirror and sustain the renewed energy and focus of your organization. Interim Management can be a key ingredient for your agency’s success and growth, and it allows you to present a stable public image while reassuring staff during periods of restructuring and expansion.

Service includes:

  • Prior to the interims start up, Kenyon HomeCare Consulting provides 2 full days on-site for an organizational assessment that helps identify weaknesses and strengths within your organization and facilitates the development of a plan for organizational restructuring and corrections of existing problems
  • Assigned senior associate who has at least 10 years of experience at top senior level in Medicare home health or hospice, and/or home health/home care.
  • No less than monthly meetings with owner(s) to review the plan and progress to date
  • Continual support and guidance from Kenyon HomeCare Consulting during the interim management period.
